      Among the best working conditions in the industry.

      Cons

      You get incredible benefits but this is at the expense of some of the higher raw compensation other companies tend to offer.

      Good First or Last Job

      Pros

      Stable, not stressful, good bonuses (if the company is doing well), good benefits (although pension gets worse every year).

      Cons

      Low base pay, last few years the profit sharing bonus wasn't approved, and lack of surrounding talent so it's hard to improve through your peers (there are a few good ones), lots of politics.
