Pros

Great Culture and incredibly inclusive. The company has been greatly supportive of my position since day one! The weekly "all hands call" is typically is a great opportunity for everyone in the company to participate and be brought up to speed on where each department is at regarding performance and to highlight company initiatives.

Cons

No real cons - my Territory is large but manageable with our Territory Management Strategy. Occasional ride-alongs from upper management and daily conversations with my teammates helps to remain focused and to trade best practices.

Pros

As some would have fear of the unknown and making a career change, I have to say that I quickly realized that this was a good move. * able to speak to anyone in company - open door policy * Weekly full company calls with open dialogue for all departments * Consistent Communication keeping everyone in the know * unlimited time off with best in class, work life, and benefits

Great Team Members, Questionable Middle Management

Pros

* I loved my team members and many of the people that I worked with. There were so many kind, hard working, smart people. We all had each others back. Some of the people I worked with, I would definitely call my friends. * Kudos to some of the managers for fostering such a close-knit team * Unlimited PTO, but I wish I took advantage of it more. * Leadership Transparency -- the leaders of the company can be transparent in the weekly meetings and I enjoyed that. * The company has a lot of experienced people who are willing to teach and provide advice.

Cons

* Some of the VPs are weak, poor managers and down-right incompetent. I don't know how one particular person was promoted to VP. That same VP does not realize that he's the toxic/bad apple of the bunch and I don't think senior leadership are honest with him. * No Work/Life Balance * Questionable Prioritization * Growth / Leadership Opportunities are limited as the company is very Top/Manager Heavy. It's part of the reason why I left; there was no upward mobility for me. * Low Pay relative to comparable companies
