Pros
I have several pros:
1) Team Atmosphere. Even though we are a fully remote organization, there is a strong sense of "team." If I reach out to someone for something, even if it is not something they know, they still take the time to point me in the right direction. The vibe from AutoFi is everyone marches in rhythm in the same direction.
2) Engaging and meaningful work. I do not have auto-related experience, so I have loved the chance to grow, broaden my skill set, and learn. It is rewarding work.
3) Work-life balance: leadership and management care about the employees; if there is an issue, they work with you. Family first.
4) Awesome health care and generous time off. I have not had coverage as good as we have in close to 20 years. Employee/family costs are very reasonable.
5) Strong and transparent leadership. We have a company all hands, and getting a look into our business and the growth and direction we are heading gives us excitement about our trajectory. We have routine "one-on-one" with our direct management with meaningful dialogue.
