Pros
- It's a good company to work for however business side has been largely focusing on sales efforts for a year now on existing product, could be more ambitious on additional product offerings to open up the market space or bring a AI play into the picture. - Good people at the company, colleagues are smart and friendly, tons of energy from everyone! - Tech stack is in NodeJS.
Cons
- Should focus more on architecture to increase future velocity and reduce pain-points in deployments and regression. - Career ladder for developer track (non-management), has always been talked about but never executed on.
