Work load is insane for the compensation, some account managers had over 120 accounts. 25+ employees laid off in the last 60 days, some of which had been with the company less than a month. Why hire if you're going to "Restructure" as soon as they get onboarded? Did you not consider that employee turned down other opportunities to take this position, and now you've screwed them over? The severance package is a joke. No clear direction or path to success. No communication from upper leadership.

Constant organizational changes within the last 2 years has lowered morale and created a distrust in leadership. The company used to have a great work culture but recent changes have made it like any other startup that’s going under - overworked, underpaid, no clear understanding of where we’re headed
