There are plenty of open opportunities as a software engineer. If you are motivated, you can have chances to contribute almost any projects. This company is building many of its in-house software stacks and many of which are in growing. The management team recognizes very well the importance of future funding as there are very harsh challenge is going on in this Autonomous Driving market. Currently, AutoX is getting bigger attraction in China and would survive longer time than AV companies that are focusing on only US market. Although there are bunch of Chinese people here and the CEO is Chinese, they are putting serious efforts to bring diversity and openness into its culture like language classes, board game night, monthly hands on, and sports gatherings.

AutoX has been a fantastic company to work for. During my 2 years here I've been impressed with the progresses we have made. I'm especially thrilled about the recent growth of the company. We have grown the team significantly and globally, and with a strong focus on the hardware side -- fairly rare around Silicon Valley! Very impressing with the management's leadership and maturity in managing the hardware department. My work involves a lot of cross-team collaboration and people are generally very collaborative.
