Pros
(1) Great team: Everyone at AutoX is nice and hardworking. They worked together to achieve the goal. (2) Flat structure: The management structure is pretty flat. Everyone's voices/words can be heard and valued. (3) Learning oppotunity: There are several senior engineers here leading teams. They are very experienced and helpful. (4) Concrete funding: The company is well funded and expanding currently. (5) Very good work life balance.
Cons
Not many company official days off.

Pros
The team worked together to bring fully driverless RoboTaxi on the busy public roads in Shenzhen, taking public rides, and solving extremely challenging road conditions like urban villages. Extremely powerful achievements and super exciting milestones ahead. Makes me feel very proud and lucky to be working with an awesome team with grand vision.
Cons
For the past year, due to COVID-19, everyone has been WFH. It is great that the company cares about employee safety but kinda missing the feeling of f2f communication.
