      Flexible hours, Opportunity to Learn Automotive Parts though the Learning Modules and Parts Expert Certification which prepares you for the ASE P2, Autozone Assistance Funds, Benefits

      Cons

      Numbers get you noticed, people get you promoted -- if you don't follow this recommended ideology then you could find your self stuck in a low paying position with no way to advance up. Emphasis on WITT, but some times does not provide the necessary methods to track and improve these metrics consistently.

      Pros

      I loved the benefits and benefits team. They were patient and made sure I understood the benefits I signed up for.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Pay range even with experience is stagnant and on the low end. If you get a hands off OS that doesn't pay attention to you advancement is non-existent. Long hours standing on your feet.
