Pros

You can learn a lot of things that you will use in other areas of life. And there is a lot to learn. If you like a challenge it's available. If you are a hard-working reliable employee, you will find many opportunities there. If not you won't be there long. There is zero tolerance for sexual harassment, by employees, customers or vendors, or commercial accounts. Family is important to them not just lip service. Life happens, babies are born, loved ones have accidents, and we lose people. As a reliable employee, when things happen and you just have to leave, there is no question of job security.

Cons

They DO NOT pay enough! A key holding shift manager is paid $12 per hour if they really like you. It is possible to earn raises but not much. You will work extremely hard for that pay increase. As with any other retail job, mistakes and blunders are usually fixed or forgotten in about a week. Hard work and dedication to the company are also forgotten in about a week.
