Pros

You learn a lot of new things within the business, plus you get to interact with the customers. You also learn a lot about the products they sell so it can help you better serve the customers.

Cons

Hours vary unless you are a full time employee. Hands on work is required, installing batteries, wiperblades, during all seasons (spring, summer, fall, winter) etc.

No room for improvement unless you nag at your manager . No paid holidays or vacation time for part-timers No sick days Very low wage No benefits
