Pros

This is a job for those starting out. Move up quickly, build your resume and leave as quickly as possible.

Cons

Autozone does not care about its employees. They, like most but not all companies, are only concerned with getting the most they can out of you every minute of every hour. They will cut hours every winter and push for more sales no matter how hard you work. Do not fall into the trap of believing this is the best you can do career wise. They have a horrible turnover rate for a reason. Get the experience and leave.

Pros

Helping people (if you have the knowledge)

Cons

Low pay, company as a whole suck's, typical publicly held company, stock price matters, employees and customers don't, they have silly pro-mo's called witt's, invlolves upselling on certain items, this matters more than customer service and can effect annual review's
