Pros
I absolutely love working at my store. The people I work with are amazing and truly make the job fun. At my store, we typically have room for advancement and we run a high paced store, which makes business much better. My pay rate is comfortable at the moment and I can't complain about the hours I get because my manager works very hard to meet everyone's needs.
Cons
Please do not hire random people off the street to come in as gray shirts. Hire within the AutoZone Company. It took me two years to finally have a shot at becoming a gray shirt, after hiring four randoms as gray shirts. It's very degrading to me when I see a new manager coming in that has no idea what to do or how the company is ran and I have to explain to them what needs to get done and how to do it.
