      A pay check and benfits. always growing

      Cons

      Never enough help for want you need to get done on a daily basis. Dm is always on the phone or texting you on how your store in not selling enough check out challenge add on product ( injector cleaner) and would like a update from you every couple hours. This company micro manages you to death a monkey could run one of these stores.will you get Paid like a monkey to $40,000 a year as a store manager and all the B.S. GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!!

      Pros

      The discount, stable large company, the ability to get hired on as any old idiot, the intellectual and social challenges presented never make for a dull moment. It's actually a fun place when you work with a good crew and a fun customer.

      Cons

      Autozone is a company of management chain, checklists and reports. There is one hand and there is the other. If you want to do what's right you have to be prepared to bend rules. Upper management is cold, uncaring, under talented and not able to handle anything that lies outside the checklists and reports.

      Pros

      AutoZone has consistently beaten competitors in sales and profits. That make AutoZone a stable player in the automotive retail aftermarket.

      Cons

      AutoZone has its share of snobby executives, much like any corporate office. These entitled leaders are a drain on the morale of the staff.
