Pros

There is a feeling of satisfaction when it comes to helping someone figure out how to fix their own car or solve a minor issue that otherwise could have cost them a lot of money at a repair shop. I've had some customers who were beyond grateful and have since become very loyal to our store.

Cons

Like any job it's full of politics and the management for the most part just doesn't seem to care.

Pros

- Great business stakeholders - Company is doing well - Decent compensation

Cons

- IT PMO officers are novice in the knowledge of project management competencies - Leadership and strategic vision in the IT organization is disorganized (the cut-throat mentality prevents innovation) - The directors and VPs are to involved in the projects (micro-management), inhibiting project progress - Accountability without authority (you will not be able to make any project decisions, it will require management approval) - The cheer (Yes, you'll have to learn a company cheer)
