      Pros

      Pros: I am in school and they are great about working with my schedule. Coworkers are nice, easy to get along with, and helpful when asked questions.

      Cons

      Cons: Store manager is selfish and does not care about giving time off when needed. Concerns with coworkers are not dealt with promptly.

      knowledge,as a store manager i do my own schedule.

      i have no time off whatsoever!!!my D.M thinks it is just fine to literally harrass us all the time,days off..late at night...vaca,it doesnt matter he just thinks we should all live and breathe our jobs...im sorry i dont think it is right especially since they dont put forth a dime towards your personal cell phone bill...i dont remember signing anything saying i will be accesible 24/7...as a result of this i am currently looking for a new job,upper management not only micro manages you...but they focus on too many petty contests..i find it hard to provide good cust service...i feel i am distracted by all this and hounding the cust to buy this or that or get this card....i oersonally like to go into a store buy my stuff and not be nagged which is what az expects,i have been in this business a long time with other companies as wel and i must say i think this is by far the worst.cant wait to get out!!!

      Pros

      I worked there for a little while. Manager was nice enough. Learned a lot about car parts and how they work Manager gave me time off after only having worked for around 2 weeks.

      Cons

      I think a couple of times i worked over 40 hrs but was never paid for those hours. It couldnt have been that much over so I didnt lose much so it wasnt bad.
