      Strong company and culture. Cares about Safety. Benefits are pretty standard. Facilities are well maintained. Good partnership with home office/corporate.

      Favorites are definitely a common theme. There is lack of consistency n communication between shifts. You need to eat, breathe, sleep at AutoZone. Little to no work/life balance. Company ask you to travel at last minute

      In some areas there is no professional growth. dress code not flexible. no full remote work, even if you can performance good your work working remotely.
