Pros

Solid organization with clear standards; everything is well-written and clear. A career opportunity after two or three years of continuous hard work. Good locations near the residence, sometimes within walking distance. Metrics for everything.

Cons

Salary below the average, the breaks are not paidgood management, poor leadership more driven by the foreman's skills than supervisory. Workload above average you miss no job from trash to battery replacement and customer advisory.
