Pros

make good relationships with coworkers, teaches patience, and customer service. pay was ok for commercial driver. relaxed atmosphere, employee discount is nice, could be better.

Cons

customers always angry, immature management, very hard to advance, false promises of promotions that will never happen unless your in district manager, or regional managers pocket. will hire any idiot that can do an oil change, or woman with no experience but a pretty face. impossible sales goals. low hourly wages

Pros

Good atmosphere for growth, most manager care about employees.

Cons

It is a retail store, that happens to sell car parts, so don't expect extensive automotive knowledge to get you to the top. Expect to work weekends, late retail hours and Holidays, because Autozones are open as much as possible.

Flexible schedule, easy promotions, coworkers are great, u can learn a lot real fast if u like the automotive industry

Cons

No paid sick days, not a lot of paid holiday, sometimes short staffed and cut hours a lot depending on sales
