Pros

Flexible, great crew, chance to learn automotive parts/accessories

Cons

Pay was barely over minimum wage, but people act like you're their personal mechanic. Very few raises.. and don't even get me started on their competitive pay campaign. People working there 5-7 years making just barely a dollar more (if they're lucky) than Entry-level employees
