They have a better computer system that tracks customers' warranties without the need to keep receipts, which is always a plus with customers. Selling is easier when almost everything you sell is covered with a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty.
Cons
When a store is short staffed, it throws off schedules and leads to short or no lunches and long hours.
