Pros
Good hours for a dealership and some holidays off.
Cons
Owned by billionaires, the Bass family, but refuses to pay people a livable wage. Constantly complains about not making enough money. Even though, they are making record profits since they don't have to pay as many people because of layoffs from Covid-19. Makes POC close the store at a much higher rate instead of non POC. Listens to managers as opposed to the sales or service people.
