Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Their strategy is to acquire competitors to remove them from the market give false incentives for people to join and then get rid of them before paying out the "promised" incentives.

Pros

- Great pay - Great teams if you're lucky - Benefits were awesome, unlimited PTO as long as you're not CS, wellness benefits, everything that comes with a modern company not stuck in the 80's like most traditional companies.

Cons

- Occasional lack of direction, hard to adapt. - The recently made the shift to AI without addressing the environmental impact. Ironic considering they have a whole department on sustainability. Recently Blackrock acquired a large share making Vanguard and Blackrock their biggest shareholders. Both companies are complicit in genocide in Palestine. They also have an office in Tel Aviv.
