      Pros

      Company truly seems to care about workers and their well-being, with flexible work arrangements and dynamic events and sub-communities. Reacts fast to world events and adopts new technologies and ways of working quickly.

      Cons

      Lots of department shuffling, sometimes puzzling technological decisions from higher ups, lots of priority changes (which is good in the sense that it means they are adaptable, but makes it hard to plan a roadmap and commit to features).
