      Pros

      I enjoyed my years at Autodesk, especially my first years but the culture drastically changed. I won't recommend this company anymore.

      Cons

      You never know whether you’ll be impacted by the next RIF. They let go 11% of employees in March 2025 and another 9% in January 2026. Many top performers were impacted.

      Pros

      Leaders actually care, good pay, good vision/mission, CEO is down to earth and cares as much as he can about employees. At the end, he will cut you and lose no sleep but all CEO's are and should be the same but I think he tries to care about the employee experience.

      Cons

      Some really incompetent leaders in very high places. Quiet but cruel culture. People don't share feedback to your face but behind your back because we are "nice". Too many layoffs. Every year at the same time.

      Leadership is all show. Decisions are impossible to make. They are outsourcing. Old technologies and no innovation. Influenced by activist investors despite saying they aren’t.
