Pros
I've been working at Autodesk for a year now. I've heard a lot of great things about it before, and I'm super happy to find it out it's all true. The Israeli site of Autodesk is awesome! On one hand you're part of a truly global, publicly traded, American corporation, with over 10,000 employees worldwide. With offices in nearly every country and products with huge brand name recognition (AutoCAD, 3DMax, Maya, etc). On the other hand the Israeli site is relatively small, around 150 people, with a startup mentality. Everyone are super-nice, and super-smart. The energy is great, very positive and go-to mentality. Great offices in Rothchild, with all the amenities, food stocks etc. I'm delighted to be part of the company.
Cons
It's been 10 months now with COVID-19, and working from home. It's a bummer. Working from home really makes the employees miss on everything that's great with Autodesk TLV offices and team. :-( I realize it's not a Con specific to Autodesk, but it's the only down side I'm feeling.
