      Pros

      it never gets boring at Autodesk. There is a reorg almost every 6 month for the departments I was in. People are great and very smart, but it is really hard to advance within the organization if you are trying to move up the management hierarchy.

      Cons

      Not enough continuity. Even though change can be good - there is just too much change as part of Autodesk and projects are not followed through.
