      Pros

      Autodesk accumulates a good work/life balance with a fair WFH policy, compensation and perks are also very good. I really embrace their culture and values. There is a low turn over and great flexibility to change position horizontally, in most of the teams they really allow budget to help you grow. And so far, the leadership team is doing an amazing management during Covid-19 Pandemic. In general, people are very respectful among each other.

      Cons

      Big companies comes with a lot of hierarchy and processes but they are always willing to improve.
