      Pros

      great compensation, great hours 9-5, great healthcare, financially a great job to have.

      Cons

      for all the reasons the job is great, it is also bad, in that - the climate becomes extremely comfortable and no one wants to rock the boat. tough for someone who likes to push boundaries and is focused/passionate about work. but if you enjoy a 9-5 environment, and a great payslip, this is the best place to work.

      UK based: Great vision and culture, collaboration - there are some great like minded people working at Autodesk!, most people I've worked with have great intention to do right and we achieve it, positive management styles, excellent development opportunities (L&D),

      Cons

      Work life balance can be pretty poor (although we are encouraged to take time out/off in lieu but the workload and working with different GEO's makes this difficult. ), it takes a long time before those who don't fit with the culture (sexist/bullies/lazy) people are 'encouraged' to leave.
