      Great culture, great work environment and products that make an impact on the world. The leadership tries hard to steer the company to be cutting edge and innovative:

      Many times it feels leaders within the organization are not held responsible for their decisions. For example a Director or a VP makes a decision or embarks on an initiative and even before the real effects of that decision is realized, that Director or VP is already celebrated and promoted or is asked to move onto something else. Currently the company seems to be in a bit of an identity crisis trying to be a cloud company without a clear idea of what makes a cloud company. Many times all the decisions to be too centered around San Francisco!
