      Pros

      Autodesk was a good company, and they did tried to make it people centric.

      Cons

      The recent changes at Autodesk are tough with no clarity on how the company is moving forward. People have been laid off, and some changes in the allocation of RSU. All of a sudden the mental health and payscale for employees are affected and there is no transparency on the decisions being made.
