      Pros

      Flexibility, I am aware of company strategy, so I feel much more comfortable to drive by day by day work according to the overall goals. Company supports the team work concept, not self competitive. So I feel part of the group all the time.

      Cons

      Nothing relevant. As a big company you have to handle a lot of information and process, but this is not something that only happens in Autodesk.

      Pros

      Work life balance... Not about others, but in my project working time are flexible. If needed I do work from home.

      Cons

      As there're many old guys are there so moving up in the hierarchy is difficult.

      Pros

      Holidays were very good and the additional holidays each year was very enticing. Work environment was great and the people were nice as well.

      Cons

      Pay could have been more substantial. The company could also provide better training. This could have helped retention and performance
