Pros

It is all about design, innovation, creativity. Managing by results style of company Heavy investment in developing associates. Great tools, inspiring vision and mission. Employees feel they do an important work, to the watch you are wearing to the next biggest sustainable building in the world. All using Autodesk design tools.

Cons

Managing by results may sometimes present issues in terms of deliveries of teams objectives, some teams may be more performing than others under this management practice.

Pros

The organization is reasonably flat, and many senior folks have been with the company for more than 10 years. Its line of products motivate those (employees) with vision to make the world a better place, and knowing our products are critical to our clients. Proud to say “I work for at Autodesk”

Cons

more work ahead on branding through social media , still alot of people not aware of what Autodesk does
