Pros
very good work culture, work and life balance, benefits are great, have a lot of sporting events where employees can get together with other employees they normal wouldn't meet. 6 week sabbatical after 4 years of working there. free lunches depending on your team. great location for office in SF. (not san rafeal)
Cons
Goes through a lot of restructuring, results in people being let go. i am one of them. company has grown a lot more and the corporate culture is affecting the nice cool vibe it had before. not if it will be in the ranking anymore for the best place to work. Not that much room for promotion or a big raise.
