Pros

2 days working from home

Cons

My experience was extremely disappointing. The company engages in unethical practices such as recording conversations and Zoom meetings without proper consent, fabricating opportunities to manipulate KPIs, and fostering a toxic management culture. Instead of supporting employees, management resorts to bullying tactics, frequently sending aggressive emails and creating a stressful work environment. Unfortunately, employee well-being is not a priority, and there is little accountability for leadership’s behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and professional workplace.

Pros

Intelligent, caring people at the individual contributor and first line manager level. Great benefits: paid sabbatical, flexible workplace, liberal vacation and sick leave policies. Great HR and pay.

Cons

Management is sometimes focused on company business goals more than employee-focused initiatives, but generally very in-touch for a global company.
