      Pros

      Good perks for this type of job - and very even across levels of employment. Fitness reimbursement, stock options, sabbaticals, etc.

      Cons

      Ok place, but consistent feeling that one hand has no idea what the other is doing. Very scattered and uninspired leadership around new initiatives.

      Pros

      Strong company, good salary/commission structure & benefits, they are strong on continuing education training/seminars for their sales people.

      Cons

      Sometimes management would "make it hard to take a customer's money" because there were so many rules and regulations to follow in order to complete the sale.

      Too many managers, not enough individual contributors to do the work They laid off the individual contributors and not the overpaid and lazy middle management Too much politics and posturing, not enough work being done Middle management is secretive, cliquish and ineffective
