Nice work and life balance, allowed to work from home just by emailing your team that you will not be able to be present at work. Competive sallary.

Cons

An asian style of work while it's an american company. You have to write pros and cons essayes about your collegues from time to time. When somebody wrote about your drawbacks, you would get to know about it immediately by being asked by your manager to have a meeting in a private room.
