      Pros

      ESPP, RSU’s, 401k match. Reasonable pay.

      Cons

      Not a lot of people leave which can lead to needing to move around between departments to get promotions.

      Great work/life balance Thoughtful, caring people to work with Interesting problems if you're on the right team/product

      Cons

      Internal restructures happen often, meaning you may have to restart relationships with managers/leadership frequently Lots of acquisitions without clear strategies for integrating within the platform

      Nice team, good work life balance, unlimited pto, decent pay, minimal meetings

      Cons

      Upper management was being flakey about remote work. Yearly raise was far lower than could be gained from leaving the company. Mgt was stingy about allowing additional jenkins servers so often had to wait forever for other teams builds to finish. Upper mgt micromanaged the architecture a bit against the advice of team
