Business Outlook
Pros
The company looks out for their employees. The work-life balance has a lot to do with employee happiness and from my experience, people are more likely to work hard because of it. The benefits are great. You can get a lot of great exposure and experience if you network strategically.
Cons
There is not as much room for growth. It takes a long time to move up. There are a lot of lateral movements so you will need to be prepared for that. The CSS job itself is high volume and because of that, it feels less like Customer Success and more like a Renewals role.
