Autodesk reviews

Not sure if Autodesk even takes these reviews seriously, but it would help those planning to join and build a career in the field. In the last 5 yrs or so, Autodesk India team has been reduced to a joke with weak leadership leading to some of the most unprofessional, toxic and incompetent ICs and people managers entering the sales team. Visibility and access to the management gets rewarded than employee performance. Customer feedback outrightly gets ignorored and rarely worked upon. Along with the recent layoffs, many ICs and senior managers left Autodesk India for better work culture and opportunitiesv which is a huge loss.

COO leadership is horrible! Very political, doesn't embrace change or innovation, a lot of people have just been there for a long time and are able to skate by due to that.
