Pros

The pay is good and most of the people are pretty nice. There are opportunities to work for other groups or departments over time, but that depends on who your manager is.

Cons

Too much politics Too many layers of management Difficult to affect change Frequent layoffs Stuffy culture in some parts of the company No opportunities for growth/learning in certain positions Lack of flexibility (hours & location) Work is plentiful, but not challenging Management makes frequent changes for no reason Not open to disagreements Open office arrangement

Pros

Cool offices, I need to enter 5 words

Cons

Weak management, a lot of restructuring, too many project managers, no one that actually DOES any work, everything is outsourced to either agencies or contractors.
