Autodesk is a global company with a good culture. However, when it comes to Autodesk Japan, the culture is not aligned with the global Autodesk culture - Bullying at workplace is something that people normalize there, especially if you are a foreigner. In the meeting, it is normal to mention "Meeting for Japanese people" and other non-inclusive words to some non-Japanese. I have been dealing with people across Autodesk global but in Japan, the culture is totally different Please re-consider if you are a foreigner and want to join Autodesk Japan.
