Pros

I work with great people who agree that work-life balance and flexibility is important. I have never been so happy at a job before working at Autodesk. I love my manager and feel that the company’s mission is important, and their culture is amazing.

Cons

It might not always be easy to move up the corporate ladder here. I have heard they hire upper management more than growing them internally.

Pros

Strong culture of inclusion and social accountability. Acknowledged as having extremely high quality and competitive products. Customer-focused. Continuously working on decision making and employee retention. Continued push to cloud-based offerings/admin, matching or leading in industry best practices (especially in consumption business models).

Cons

Salaries are probably slightly lagging. A lot of recent change in senior leadership. Advancement generally only comes from leaving, then returning.
