Good income, hours are not excessive. Holidays and time off good
Cons
Most political oriented organization I have ever witnessed. If you are connected or a favorite of the right manager/executive, you can perform poorly and it won't matter. But your manager will throw you under the bus to save their own neck if they are not performing well and you will be blamed for their shortcomings - even if you are one of the best performing sales managers in % of quota in the entire country. Commission first year will be obtainable, subsequently it will be nearly impossible to reach your quota.
