      The corporate politics are unbelievable

      Pros

      Great benefits and very competitive compensation.

      Cons

      There are few opportunities for advancement. The management is divided up into fiefdoms and the politics are incredible. You have to be ninja-level in corporate politics to survive there. Also, there are far too many layers of bureaucracy to get anything accomplished. Innovation is truly stifled.

      Pros

      Innovative products, future thinking vision... on the product team level.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks the nuts and bolts common sense you see at other 30+ year old companies. They also seem to lack a clear vision for the future and rarely share out their decisions. Lots of HIPPO design thinking still in place holding back product teams.

      Pros

      Good, smart people in nice work environment. Plenty of tools available for the job.

      Cons

      Echoing what I read in an earlier Glassdoor review: Beware of crony cliques who are full of hypocritcal double talk. Beware of betrayal from senior coworkers trying to maintain their position.
