Pros

Base Salary is good. ESPP is great.

Cons

Horribly unorganized. Too many people that don't have a purpose. Reduction in stock grants... Expect layoffs. Leadership is all over the place.

Pros

Decent compensation for Toronto area, although not top of the line. Good benefits. Complex, impactful project with a lot of unknowns and growth opportunities.

Cons

Management not living up to the mission. Little communication about the plans and direction. Little to no time for team-scope planning, design and implementation. Trying to run without crawling. Trying to run a start-up but things have go through upper management. Any feedback you provide feels dismissed. People cycling in and out. No strong product team. Discouraging that the stock plan got cut without a balancing of total compensation.

Pros

1. Gives Hybrid work culture.

Cons

1. Relatively less salary (13LPA). 2. Not great work life balance (at least in my team). I know for a fact that certain manager had asked an intern and an SDE-1 to even work on weekends without ANY overtime! 3. Not a lot of growth. Please note: All this depends a lot on the team you end up in.
