Pros
Great benefits, kind people, and a very stable job. Unless you do a poor job they will likely not lay you off. Depending on your team, you could be working on some interesting and challenging problems
Cons
It really depends on your team. I was lucky enough to be part of a newer team that had smart people working on a difficult problem together but other teams are not like that. On average, engineering excellence here is not great either. People rarely treat code as their craft and will just throw together something kind of works.
