      I can't recommend working there.

      Cons

      Very dirty environment. Black cloud of metal haze in the air constantly. No ventilation. Blow your nose after work and it's all Black. Clothing gets filthy every day. Had to try fixing robots and other equipment with no spare parts in inventory. Just go pick through some old random scrap piles to find parts needed to fix equipment. No Engineering support at all.
