Pros
So far it is a good place to work. Everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. My line leader is great, he don't care to get in there and show you how to do something no matter how long it takes
Cons
If I had to say one it would be they tell you that you get 2 breaks and and lunch break, but the last break is really not one because it's at 10:30 at the end of shift and you actually stay over 10 minutes for a small meeting about what went on the in the shift.
