      Pay is decent, most of the floor people are friendly.

      Cons

      Insurance is based on gross annual income, overtime is never ending so gross income goes up along with insurance premiums, Human Resources is completely worthless unless you’re a favorite , equipment is poorly maintained, maintenance had 2 good people the rest are useless, management is terrible and out of touch with the reality of what’s going on in the shop.
