      Overtime is still abundant. Operator voices do matter some.

      Cons

      Work is very fast paced. Non-hard workers not held accountable. They expect others to pick up those workers slack.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at AUTOKINITON! I was surrounded by very talented, dedicated, and smart professionals. We made excellent high quality components for various automotive customers.

      Cons

      The Company has been in a state of transition since being purchased (2019) by private equity but the business has been harmonizing processes and procedures. It is much more stable now.

      I had a good boss

      Favoritism was rampant. Be prepared to feel like an outcast and for no one to take you seriously unless you're there for 5+ years at the minimum. Pay is middle to bottom of the pack. Benefits could be better.
